Job summary

Lifeguard Ambulance Service is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests and deliver high-quality care and customer service. We offer hourly rates starting at $17.00+ DOE with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

EMTs will assess patients, provide necessary care, document cases, and work with other health and safety personnel to ensure timely, compassionate care. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State driver's license.
• National or State EMT certification.
• CPR/BLS certifications.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine needed care; provide emergency services with appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients.
• Operate EMT skills including communications and medical equipment.
• Operate ambulance following safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
