Job summary

All American Ambulance and Transport seeks a dedicated EMT to operate emergency vehicles, transport patients, and respond to medical calls in Forest Hill, MD. The role requires MIEMSS EMT registration, NREMT, CPR‑BLS, and EVOC, with leadership capabilities.

You will adhere to state EMS regulations and company protocols, provide high quality care en route, and document patient information accurately. This is a regular full‑time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• EMT certification and current MIEMSS registration.
• National Registry (NREMT) active.
• CPR – BLS certification current.
• EVOC certification with appropriate experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and ensures knowledge, understanding and compliance with All American Ambulance and Transport policies and procedures.
• Ensures vehicle and equipment readiness at start of shift and after each call, including cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, restocking and daily checklists.
• Responds to emergencies and non-emergencies with appropriate care in accordance with Maryland EMS regulations and company policy.
• Delivers patient care consistent with MD MIEMSS and company protocols; transports to appropriate facilities.
• Acts as team leader when required and mentors other EMS personnel.
• Maintains professional appearance and safety for self, partner, patients and public.
