Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer EMT Driver in Reading, PA for a full-time post at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor, patrol, and protect site assets while applying EMT skills to respond to emergencies and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires EMT certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a driving schedule with a focus on safety and procedure adherence.

Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeters.
• Monitor visitor, contractor, and employee access and maintain logs.
• Document incidents and shift activities clearly and report to site contacts.
