Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, reporting hazards and concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas and monitor access points.
• Verify visitor and contractor credentials and maintain logs.
• Assist with access-control, deliveries, vehicle screening, and coordinating during alarms.
