Valmont Industries, Inc. in Valley, Nebraska is seeking an individual contributor to oversee site security and safety, respond to medical emergencies, and monitor remote sites.

The role requires working a rotating 48/36 hour schedule and maintaining confidentiality while coordinating with staff, contractors, visitors, and external partners. The position emphasizes integrity, regulatory compliance, and the ability to prioritize incidents using CCTV, access control, and other security systems

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2+ years of related work/education experience.
• Knowledge in security methods, access control, confidential information control, and incident investigation.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of emergency first aid and CPR methods.
• Must learn and apply safe operating procedures and hazardous materials handling when needed.
• EMT certification within 1 year after hire date.

Responsibilities

• Work a rotating shift to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
• Provide advanced emergency medical response (CPR/First Aid/AED).
• Serve as primary contact for employees, contractors, visitors on safety and procedures.
• Maintain integrity and discretion handling sensitive information and investigations.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, fire/life safety systems across sites in North America.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external agencies (law enforcement, EMS, fire) as needed.
• Document and report incidents in a timely manner.
• Enforce company policies and access control procedures.
• Oversee multiple locations remotely and in regional capacity.
