Job summary

Augusta Health in Virginia seeks an EMT to safely transport patients and provide Basic Life Support care to and from medical facilities. The role requires a VA-EMT certification (EMT-Basic/EMT-Enhanced/EMT-Advanced), EVOC, CPR, and a clean VA DMV record.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an acceptable VA - DMV Record.
• Must have current Certification in VA-EMT-Basic, EMT-Enhanced or EMT-Advanced, EVOC, and CPR.
• Prehospital or interfacility EMT transportation experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound reasoning ability

Responsibilities
