MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of an EMT Basic program and acceptance for licensure in the state of employment
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• State of Ohio EMT Basic Certification
• CPR (Health Care Provider minimum) certification
• All other skill-based pay levels (BTLS, PALS, Peep, etc.)
