Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for a full-time on-site role in the United States. EMTs will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance, delivering high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, initiating appropriate care, documenting information, and working with allied health and public safety personnel.

Responsibilities:

• EMTs provideanassessment of patients,determinenecessarycareanddeliveremergency services byutilizingappropriate medicaltechniques and equipment.

• Document patient information, conditionandtreatmentwhilemaintainingconfidentiality and patient rights.

• Take pride in providinga safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.

• UseappropriateEMTskills to provide care includingcommunications, medicalequipment, cleaningprocedures, officeequipmentand tools.

• EMTs operateanambulance in conjunction with applicablecompanysafety policies,andtraffic lawsrelated totheoperation of emergency medical response vehicles.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

OtherResponsibilities:

• Participate in community programs tomaintainAMR image andestablishstrong community relations.

MinimumRequiredQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• State Driver’s License

• National or StateEMTcertification

• CPR/BLS certifications

• Driving record in compliance withcompanypolicy

• PassPhysical Agility Test

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
