Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring EMTs to respond to emergencies and provide high-quality care and customer service. Immediate full-time positions with starting pay of $17.59+ per hour DOE are available. Florida EMT certification and CPR/BLS are required.

You will assess patients, determine care, document information, and operate ambulances while collaborating with health and safety teams to ensure patient safety and rapid response.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Starting Hourly Pay: $17.59+ DOE

We'rehiringEmergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)that will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

• EMTs provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services by utilizing appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, andtreatmentwhile maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Take pride in providinga safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use appropriateskills to provide care includingcommunications, medicalequipment, cleaningprocedures, office equipment, and tools.
• EMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

MinimumRequiredQualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Driver's License
• Stateof Florida EMT certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Driving record in compliance withcompanypolicy
• PassPhysical Ability Test(PAT)
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare is preferred
