Job summary

Global Medical Response’s AMR division is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, delivering high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.

As a full-time EMT, you will assess patients, determine needed care, document information, and operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies; you will collaborate with public safety personnel and other EMTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Driver’s License required.
• National or State EMT certification.
• CPR/BLS certifications.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine necessary care.
• Provide emergency services using EMT techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Operate ambulance while complying with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.

Responsibilities:
