Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) for immediate full-time opportunities. EMTs will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests, assess patients, determine care needs, and deliver high-quality medical care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT certification and CPR/BLS credentials.

• Ability to pass agility test and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• EMTs assess patients, determine care needs and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills to provide care including communications and equipment handling.
• Operate an ambulance in line with company policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to uphold AMR image and relations.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

MinimumRequiredQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• State Driver’s License

• National or StateEMTcertification

• CPR/BLS certifications

• Driving record in compliance withcompanypolicy

• PassPhysical Agility Test

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
