Job summary

Appsierra Group seeks experienced EMT professionals to evaluate AI emergency response systems. Work remotely as an independent contractor, developing realistic scenarios and assessing AI-driven patient assessments and handoff decisions.

Applicants must have an active NREMT certification with state EMT licensure and at least 2 years of field EMS experience, with the ability to document clearly in English and commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active NREMT certification with state EMT license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of field EMS experience with 911 or interfacility service.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment and BLS protocols; ability to document clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic prehospital scenarios for EMS evaluation.
• Create reference answers with reasoning behind protocol decisions.
• Evaluate AI responses for clinical and protocol accuracy.
• Identify safety risks that could arise in real emergencies.
• Document reasoning clearly for review by EMS professionals.
