Job summary

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with at least one Saturday per month required. Applicants must hold a Florida EMT license, BLS certification, and a clean driving record to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must possess Florida EMT certification.
• Current BLS Health Care Provider certification.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Documentation of state-required EVOC or equivalent as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and document vital signs.
• Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) on scene and during transport.
• Administer oxygen and basic airway management per protocol.
• Apply splints and bandages; use AED if equipped.
• Ensure crew and patient safety and PHI privacy at all times.
• Follow medical protocols and coordinate with Medical Director.
