Golden Nugget, Inc. in Lake Charles seeks an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to ensure guest and staff safety. You will provide emergency care, assess incidents, and coordinate with security and local EMS for rapid, professional responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to guests and staff in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Assess and prioritize the severity of medical situations, providing appropriate treatment and initiating necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with other emergency response teams, security personnel, and local emergency services to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to incidents.
• Monitor and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid EMT certification from an accredited program
• Current CPR, AED and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Previous experience in emergency medical services, preferably in a high-traffic environment such as a casino, entertainment venue, or event setting.
• Knowledge of local emergency medical services and protocols.
