Job summary

The Garrett Group is seeking an experienced Intelligence Planner to support USSTRATCOM missions with a focus on Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO). The ideal candidate will bring extensive intelligence planning background, SIGINT experience, and a deep understanding of EMOE analysis.

Requirements include ten years as an intelligence planner, experience at a Combatant Command or service headquarters, and a Weapons School graduate or comparable experience.

Qualifications

• Ten years of intelligence planning experience required.
• Experience at Combatant Command or service-level HQ preferred.
• SIGINT background desirable.
• Understanding of electromagnetic spectrum operations required.
• Graduation from a Weapons School or comparable experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Characterize the EMOE for USSTRATCOM missions and equities per Government direction.
• Develop and maintain EMOE intelligence products and advise JEMSOC Director.
• Integrate EMS-related threat estimates with geographic CCMD EMOE estimates.
• Support EMSO threat assessments as requested by Government.
• Evaluate adversary EMS-related systems for capabilities, shortfalls, interdependencies and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in producing order of battle information for EMOE/EMS analysis.
• Provide intelligence planning support to JEMSOC activities as directed.
