Responsibilities include developing new training programs for cross-department use, maintaining training records, and supervising instructional staff to uphold training standards in a dynamic city environment.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting and supervising EMS courses with effective teaching methods.
• Ability to disseminate technical information to Basic/Advanced Life Support students.
• Experience developing and implementing new EMS training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and supervise EMS courses including technical and non-technical content.
• Develop curricula for police and communications staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain training equipment and records of participant performance.
• Supervise skills training to evaluate instructional proctors.
• Coordinate with other EMS agencies for training standardization.
