Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS) Burlington is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide a retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a vibrant shopping environment. You will motivate staff, manage daily operations, and lead visual merchandising efforts to reflect the EMS brand.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets while ensuring safety and high store standards.

We’re looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
