Zusammenfassung

Charleston County Government is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for Charleston County EMS to develop and administer safety policies, training, investigations, and corrective actions. The role ensures regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement in workplace safety across facilities, vehicles, and operations.

The position reports to the Deputy Chief of Support Services and will oversee programs including OSHA compliance, hazardous materials, and air/water quality, with

Qualifikationen

Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, safety or related fields with supervisory experience.
Ability to develop, implement and evaluate safety policies and training programs.
Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with diverse stakeholders.
