Monongalia Emergency Medical Services (Mon EMS) is seeking a QA/QI program coordinator to oversee data collection, evaluation and dissemination for quality initiatives. You will conduct case reviews, analyze performance reports, and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements in patient outcomes and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• WV paramedic licensure and NR paramedic certification.
• Two years ALS clinician experience.
• Two years Microsoft Office experience with Excel/PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Review EMS reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Conduct 911 case reviews to measure protocol adherence.
• Analyze CAD data to identify trends in response time and resource use.
• Develop QA/QI methodologies and support training enhancements.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and data security across the organization.

ALS experience

Ausbildung

West Virginia Paramedic license

Nationally Registered Paramedic

Bachelor’s Degree

EMS Instructor certification
