Job summary

Red Rocks Community College is seeking a student worker for the Emergency Medical Science Department to assist with clinical and internship placements, documentation, and program activities at the Lakewood campus.

The role requires RRCC student status, half-time enrollment, and a willingness to work up to 20 hours/week through the academic year, with potential extra hours during breaks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an RRCC student and enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours).
• Must have a work-study award for the semester the student is seeking employment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Webex).
• Commitment to equity and quality customer service.
• Ability to handle confidential student records and information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling for clinical and internship placements and collect and maintain required student documentation.
• Maintain clinical affiliation records and prepare forms, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Support EMS programs, student employment activities, advisory meetings, career fairs, and department events.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow procedures; refer issues to appropriate staff when needed.
• Assist with equipment and supply organization, lab readiness, and logistics as needed.
