Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Science with at least five years of EMS experience.
• Five years emergency response experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and EMS software for operations, billing, and management.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field response teams of paramedics and EMTs, assign work, and enforce standards.
• Oversee daily EMS operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as liaison between field crews and upper management.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, schedules, and PTO.
• Implement quality assurance programs and document incidents.
• Attend meetings and participate in training and committees.
