Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of EMS professionals in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee patient care delivery during ambulance transports, ensure timely payroll submissions, training, and adherence to EMS protocols, while maintaining station upkeep and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS (AHA) or ALS (American Red Cross) recommended; Paramedics and CCP preferred.
• State certification or NREMT with reciprocity required before start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of timesheets and payroll docs.
• Lead, train, and mentor lower-level personnel and students.
• Deliver competent patient care in pre-hospital settings within scope of practice.
• Use ATS to screen and select candidates and maintain compliance.
• Document EMS charts, vehicle inspections, and inventory checks.
• Maintain equipment, station upkeep, and adherence to policies.
