Job summary

Pafford Medical Services is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support EMS operations in the Mississippi and East Arkansas Regions. This entry-level role offers full training and a path to grow within medical supply logistics, ensuring supplies are received from the warehouse and stocked at EMS stations and ambulances.

As part of the Supply Chain and Logistics division, you will perform routine inspections, maintain accurate inventory records, and support disaster response efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Certification of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory control and recordkeeping.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to deploy for special events, emergency operations, and disaster response as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections weekly for all stations in the assigned region.
• Reports to the Director of Logistics on findings, makes recommendations and executes actions based on best practice standards and prescribed initiatives.
• Inspects all facilities and fleet assets with adherence to OSHA standards and regulations.
• Oversees materials management, logistics, supply chain, and stock rooms for assigned stations.
• Maintains compliance with Pafford’s Policies & Procedures and state/federal programs.
• May perform other related duties or tasks as assigned.
