Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Martin, TN is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to join our medical air transportation team. You will be responsible for safe patient transport, ensuring aircraft readiness, and coordinating with dispatch and medical staff on every mission.

Candidates must have 2,000 total flight hours, a rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, an instrument rating, and a current FAA Class II medical. The role features a 7/7 schedule with on‑duty housing and a strong sign‑on/retention bonus program.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with a team of medical professionals and ensure safe flight operations.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and cleanliness per manuals and FAR/AEL requirements.
• Keep accurate regulatory documents and records up to date.
• Collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners; communicate shift changes per policy.
