Qualifications

• Paramedic level license and competence as per Georgia Scope of Practice.
• Ability to respond to disaster and mass casualty situations.
• Adherence to state and federal EMS regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for work at the designated station and be prepared for scheduled shifts.
• Respond to EMS calls and dispatched ambulance posts as assigned.
• Maintain two-way communication with CMED during shifts.
• Ensure vehicle is stocked, fueled, and ready for operation.
• Conduct initial patient assessment and provide treatment within scope of practice.
• Provide safe patient transport and ongoing care; monitor and relay critical information.
• Complete required documentation before end of shift.
