Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an EMS Road Technician 2 to travel to customer job sites and diagnose and repair heavy equipment in EMS categories. You will act as a professional representative while handling complex diagnostics on large hydraulic equipment and other machinery.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of Earth Moving experience, and relevant MACS or AC training. Valid driver’s license and strong safety record are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Earth Moving and similar equipment strongly preferred.
• Must own and safely use mechanic's tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and oversee repairs of equipment on site to ensure proper working condition.
• Diagnose complex mechanical problems and perform onsite repairs as needed.
• Fabricate parts and equipment, including torch cutting and arc welding as required.
• Interpret complex electrical schematics to diagnose wiring/electrical issues.
