Job summary

Northeast Community College is seeking EMS Examiner instructors to support the Paramedic/EMS Department. Examiners function as National Registry Examiners or assistants for all psychomotor skill levels of EMS providers, testing at the license level.

Exams occur on Saturdays on campus from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, six or seven times per year as needed. Preferred qualifications include a current National Registry Certification and a state EMS instructor license; knowledge of EMS provider roles and

Qualifications

• Education: A state license as an EMS provider required.
• Current National Registry Certification preferred.
• A state license as an EMS instructor is also preferred but not required.
• Assistants must have knowledge of the roles of EMS provider and their skills.

Responsibilities

• Examiners must be capable of testing all skills at the level of their license.
• Exams are generally conducted Saturdays on campus from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, six or seven times/year as needed.
