Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks qualified educators to lead coordination and training in ARC, AHA, and EMS-NJ programs. The role focuses on promoting high‑quality, evidence‑based education to improve patient outcomes and community health initiatives, serving as a liaison among hospital, EMS, and community partners.

Qualified candidates are licensed or certified healthcare professionals with EMS experience, teaching background, and relevant BLS/ALS certifications.

Qualificações

• Current healthcare professional (licensed or certified RN, EMT, Paramedic).
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Current BLS American Heart Association (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ALS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• BLS Faculty status through the ARC & AHA
• ALS Faculty status through the ARC & AHA
• FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) training required.
• Minimum of 5 years EMS experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience required.
• Must be able to travel to community partners and other Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination and training in ARC, AHA, and EMS-NJ courses.
• Promote high‑quality, evidence‑based education to improve patient and community outcomes.
• Serve as education liaison between hospital, EMS, community ambulance squads, and local partners to support resuscitation credentialing and community health initiatives.
