Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a PTN Dispatch Communications Specialist for night shift (7:00pm - 7:00am) at Junction Building - HQ in Toledo, OH. You will process and monitor all PTN ground transports and coordinate Care Navigation and Dispatch and facility volume throughout the process.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma; CPRP is preferred. You will work in a mission-driven health care system serving multiple states and supporting a broad network of hospitals and providers.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch or care navigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor all ProMedica Transportation Network (PTN) ground transports.
• Coordinate Care Navigation and Dispatch and facility volume throughout the process.
