Headquartered in Indianapolis, FSCA has grown to become one of the largest fleet maintenance companies in the country. FSCA provides on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, servicing light to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, along with support from over 20 service centers and a 24/7 call center.

The EMS Technician II is a mid-level role responsible for performing certified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, light repairs, diagnostics, and emergency roadside assistance. The role requires problem-solving, self-management, decision-making, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing adjustments and repairs on various truck systems including electrical, brake, cooling, engine electronics, power steering, engines, transmissions, clutches, differentials, etc.
  • Participating in safety training and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Documenting work and uploading pictures using company devices and software.
  • Communicating with management and team members via email and other methods.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental policies, and federal regulations.
  • Managing parts inventory and equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing truck equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience, or equivalent education/certification and experience.
  • Own set of hand tools.
  • Ability to pass DOT background screening and physical.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year MVR.
  • At least 21 years old due to interstate regulations.

Compensation ranges from $28.65 to $42.98 per hour, with potential additional incentives.
