Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be able to obtain additional certifications within three months of hire.
• Background check must be clear of a felony conviction.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and radio calls in English to determine request and take action.
• Collect transport details: patient condition, pickup, destination, timing, priority.
• Enter transport data into company software accurately and quickly.
• Provide professional, courteous service and maintain relationships with partners and the public.
• Maintain patient confidentiality following policies and laws.
