The Low Voltage EMS Service Project Manager will oversee service operations, maintenance, upgrades, and client support for EMS/BMS systems, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency.

The role requires coordinating technicians, managing budgets and SLAs, and maintaining safety and cybersecurity standards across sites. Travel to client locations may be involved.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of EMS/BMS/BAS service operations or technical project management.
• Reading electrical drawings, control diagrams and specifications.
• Basic electrical and lighting knowledge including troubleshooting relays.
• Experience managing field service teams and customer-facing projects.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical coordination skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, control diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience with service contracts, warranty management, and SLA reporting.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage EMS service projects including maintenance, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and system expansions.
• Coordinate service technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of low voltage EMS and control system issues.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and service activities for EMS infrastructure.
• Manage customer service requests, work orders, and service agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and cybersecurity standards.
• Support commissioning, diagnostics, firmware/software updates, and system optimization.
• Review system performance data and recommend energy efficiency improvements.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, service reports, and documentation.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, procurement, and change orders.
• Conduct client meetings and provide technical/service status updates.
• Support emergency response and critical system restoration activities when required.
