Zusammenfassung

Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking an It Systems & Clinical Compliance Analyst to safeguard EMR security, manage access, and ensure HIPAA-compliant operations. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maintain secure technology services.

Responsibilities include monitoring security events, supporting audits, and coordinating with vendors, while advancing cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate degree in IT, cybersecurity, information systems, or Health IT is required; bachelor's preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, IAM, EMR/EHR, or healthcare applications.
• Experience with user access administration, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Healthcare, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer EMR security, user access, and role-based permissions.
• Manage identity and access throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Monitor security events, investigate risks, and support incident response.
• Support HIPAA compliance, security audits, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Provide secondary support for EMR administration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, People Operations, and IT teams.
