Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Audits and analyzes the EMR to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Trains and mentors staff on EMR usage and compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing management, and office staff to obtain and maintain records in the EMR.
• Provides a supportive presence for residents and staff.
