Job summary
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Greenville, SC is seeking a Senior EMR Practice Management Analyst to optimize PM and clearinghouse workflows, ensure compliant scheduling, billing, and registration. You will partner with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient access and operational efficiency in MAT clinics.
Candidates should have EMR configuration experience, medical billing background, and familiarity with Waystar, CareLogic, and Medgen.
Qualifications
- EMR system configuration is required.
- Leadership skills and management experience in current role.
- Experience creating PowerPoint decks for leadership presentations.
- Medical billing experience is required.
- Experience with Waystar clearinghouse & EDI files.
- Familiarity with web-based billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage PM Analyst team and operations.
- Collaborate with VP, Director, and Business Analysts.
- Maintain payor lists and billable service mappings.
- Work on projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Assist with legacy system preparation and cleanup.
- Troubleshoot Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tickets.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
- Implement and maintain EMR, Clearinghouse, and RCM workflows.
