Job summary

Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company transforming how physicians access patient data. We seek an hands-on Implementation Engineer to lead technical onboarding and EMR integrations, serving as the primary technical voice for IT stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, R&D, and Medical teams to ensure seamless data flow and scalable integrations. You will own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from initiation to go-live, configure workflows, and troubleshoot complex

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing Implementation Engineer or similar SaaS onboarding role.
• EMR/EHR experience with Epic, Athenahealth, eCW, Cerner, Veradigm.
• Knowledge of US healthcare data standards HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience debugging web applications and troubleshooting integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
• Solution-oriented troubleshooter with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Onboarding: Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for new customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• EMR Integration & Configuration: Execute hands-on technical integration, configure workflows, validate data integrity, and ensure Navina works with various EMR environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT teams and build strong relationships to resolve issues.
• Technical Subject Matter Expert: Represent technical aspects of Navina in customer interactions and solve complex workflow challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Medical teams to align on customer needs.
• Process Optimization: Design and develop automation tools and runbooks to streamline integration processes.
