Job summary

ArchWell Health is hiring a Market Support Champion to lead orientation, onboarding, and training for clinical and non-clinical staff across market centers. You will partner with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement and Learning & Development to align initiatives with organizational goals.

You will champion a culture of learning and provide hands-on coaching and mentoring. Daily market travel is expected; overnight travel may occur for Market Launch Champion coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience delivering formal and informal training.
• Experience in project management and record-keeping preferred.
• Clinical knowledge preferred to guide training in centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market subject matter expert and eCW Super User.
• Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for colleagues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver role-specific training.
• Support new hires through onboarding.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Report opportunities to governance leaders for action.
• Promote learning culture and handle market-specific changes.
• Stay updated on ArchWell Health processes and industry trends.
