Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Information Sciences or related field with 2 years experience in systems; or 4 years experience without degree.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and communication skills with professional interaction.
• Strong experience with MS Office and MS Visio.
• General knowledge of software development methodologies, design, and implementation.
• Travel to satellite locations and/or vendor sites; on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes procedures and problems within manual and automated health care systems; reports findings and recommends options for resolutions.
• Forms system scope and objectives; confers with staff to determine requirements.
• Assists in the completion of programming specifications while upholding MetroHealth standards.
