Job summary

Community Living, Inc. is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in real-work settings across the community. You will provide one-on-one coaching to develop hard and soft skills and ensure successful employment outcomes.

The role requires clear writing, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to balance multiple caseloads, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sound oral and written communication skills and decision-making ability.
• Good listening and comprehension skills with strong leadership.
• Ability to write and document clearly and professionally.
• Ability to balance multiple caseloads.
• Teamwork capability.
• MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Implements training plans and programs for individuals in the plan.
• Writes reports and progress notes for each person served.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion.
• Collects accurate data for each person served.
• Provides direct instruction to each person served.
• Attends and schedules meetings as necessary.
• Maintains funding guidelines and compliance.
• Maintains positive relationships with employers.
• Meets and maintains billable hours.
• Completes required trainings.
• Performs incidental and related duties as assigned.
