Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification as listed.
• Candidates 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Covid-19 vaccination and booster required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Support community participation and transportation for activities and events.
• Provide health and wellness support including personal care.
• Assist with ADLs such as meals, mobility, and medications.
• Provide enhanced support with prompting, behavioral supports, and social boundaries.
