Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using standard software.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Provides support, assistance and supervision to meet individuals’ needs and goals per their plans.
• Ensures training, behavior and support programs are implemented and documented per regulatory requirements.
• Ensures health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Promotes a positive environment that supports independence and choice.
• Follows positioning schedules and uses equipment per plan.
• Provides necessary support for diet, textures and equipment.
• Keeps homes, outdoor areas and vehicles well maintained and organized.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
