Limitless Possibilities LLC in Wisconsin seeks Direct Support Professionals to supervise and assist adults with disabilities in home, community, and vocational settings. You will teach daily living skills, support informed choice, and document progress while working under program supervisors.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and a valid driver’s license; you may lift up to 25 pounds. Training is provided to ensure high-quality care and independence for clients.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 for driving positions)
• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing community supports to people with developmental disabilities
• Ability to reason and problem solve
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver license
• Automobile insurance
• Willingness to perform reasonable requests to meet client needs
• Ability to use computer applications (word processor, e-mail) efficiently
• Capable of working with adults with developmental disabilities by communicating, instructing, training, and cooperating
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move intermittently
• Frequent lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
