Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking dedicated Residential Counselors to supervise and support adolescents in our residential campus. You will monitor behavioral well-being, help with development, and ensure a safe, structured environment.

Positions are available as full-time and part-time; full-time requires weekend availability. Pay is $23–$26 per hour, with weekend shifts required for some roles and varying weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and six months experience with children.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or actively pursuing the degree.
• Ability to support resident-family visitation and community involvement.
• Ability to document waive testing accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical care of residents
• Develop acceptable habits and attitudes for residents
• Manage resident behavior
• Assist in meeting goals of service plans
• Coordinate supervision of residents
• Provide reports on each resident
• Maintain structure and regulations at all times
• Complete and document required forms
• Perform waive testing after visits as needed
• Attend mandated training and pursue opportunities to meet standards
• Work weekends
