Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist HBPC therapy supervisor in planning and developing treatment programs.
• Assist in development and monitors of quality of care for HBPC within the Cleveland VA Medical Center.
• Assess patients referred to HBPC for dysfunction; set goals and care plans.
• Complete patient care documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes.
• Provide expertise in planning for delivery of occupational therapy.
• Serve as a resource to staff, students, and other health professionals; maintain licensure and CEUs.
• Educate facility personnel on HBPC services and programs.
