Job summary

We Are Care is looking for experienced support workers to provide care in supported living settings around Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge and Frome. Roles include part-time and full-time hours with day and night shifts; you choose the shifts that suit you.

Fair pay directly by us, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible. This is a hands-on role contributing to the independence and wellbeing of adults in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker in supported living settings.
• Ability to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote wellbeing and safety.
