Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification is preferred or can be obtained within 90 days.
• Weekend rotation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats speech and language disorders and related communication impairments.
• Develops and implements treatment plans.
• Monitors progress and documents responses to therapy.
• Coordinates with care team to support patient goals.
• Educates patient, family and caregivers on therapy activities.
• Works with diverse patients across settings.
