Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college; certification in Special Education.
• HQ status in the assigned subject/grades; two areas of Exceptional Education preferred.
• Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
• Criminal and employment background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct parent and student conferencing.
• Deliver instruction in modalities as per school program; collaborate with regular education teachers.
• Maintain IEPs, Quarterly Reports, Progress Monitoring for caseload.
• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals; conduct IEP meetings.
• Proctor standardized tests and complete progress reports.
