• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in special education.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and attendance as required by school policies and regulations.
• Foster a safe and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and acceptance among all students.
• Support students in developing social skills and independence through structured activities and interventions.
