Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and/or certification.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication development.
• Maintain accurate progress records and case notes.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
