Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Speech-Language, or Communication Disorders is required.
• Experience as an SLPA in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support students’ speech and language development based on IEPs.
• Assist in implementing therapeutic activities designed by supervising SLPs.
• Record student progress and maintain thorough documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
• Communicate with teachers and families about student needs and progress.
